Join me for a two hour introduction to Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga. Ayurveda can literally be translated as the ‘Science of Life’. It is a 5,000 year old system of healing. This system is based on a Tri-Doshic framework that’s used to promote balance, happiness and increase vitality.

In this workshop, you will learn to identify your unique constitution, your Ayurvedic mind-body type—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—to enhance your health & well-being. You will learn ways to shift your diet, lifestyle, asana, and self-care routine to promote balance and harmony. You will leave this workshop with a toolkit of easy to implement ideas to balance your specific constitution which can easily be integrated into your current self-care routine.

Part- Lecture. Part- Asana. All Self-Care.
